Kinetix operates kinetixquant.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@kinetixquant.com.

Account data: your name, email address, language, the time you accepted our terms, and your password, which we store only as a salted hash.

Demo account data: the demo accounts you create, your risk settings, the simulated trades placed for you and the activity log.

Live account data: the MT5 login number and server name you provide, and your account balance, equity, open positions and trade history as reported by your broker. Your MT5 password is passed to our broker connection provider to open the link and is not stored by Kinetix.

Technical and security data: a session cookie, server logs, and a security log of sign-ins and account changes. These include your IP address, which we use for security and to limit abuse.

Other data you choose to provide: your two-step verification setup (the secret is stored encrypted), your notification settings and Telegram chat ID if you connect Telegram, and the strategies you save and their backtest results.

We use your data to run the service, to confirm your email address, to reset your password, to send alerts when a risk limit is reached, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on performing our contract with you, on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working, and on legal obligations where they apply.

We use one strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

Email is sent through SendGrid, which receives your email address, your first name and the content of the message. Our hosting and database providers store the data described above on our behalf.

If you link a live account, our broker connection provider (MetaApi) receives your MT5 login, server name and trading password, keeps the connection to your broker account, and processes your orders and trade data.

If you connect Telegram, the text of your alerts is sent to your chat through Telegram.

If the optional AI review of trade signals is enabled, only market data about the signal is sent to the AI provider. No personal data is included.

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

We keep your data while your profile exists. Deleting a demo account in the dashboard removes its trades and history. Disconnecting a live account removes its link at our connection provider and deletes its history on Kinetix. To delete your whole Kinetix profile, email us. Confirmation and reset links expire and are then removed. Server logs are kept for a limited period.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, and to object to certain uses. To use these rights, email us. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use encrypted connections, hash passwords and limit access to data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Kinetix is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. We will change the date above, and tell you by email or on the site if a change is significant.
